We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, authentication, database services, payments, email, analytics, security, file processing, and artificial intelligence features. These providers process information for the services they perform.
For purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record and receives the billing, contact, location, tax, fraud, dispute, and transaction information needed to process and support the purchase under its own privacy terms. Uploaded content sent to an artificial intelligence feature may be processed by the provider supporting the requested feature.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security protection, enforcement of agreements, business transfers, or with your direction or consent.
Data retention
We retain account, subscription, and user content while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, backup, dispute, and operational purposes. Financial records may remain longer when tax or accounting law requires retention.
Deletion from active systems may not remove information immediately from backups, fraud records, legal holds, or records required by law.
