Refund Policy

All HUD PowerBid subscription charges are final and nonrefundable once payment succeeds. Your purchase provides immediate access to proprietary scoring methods, bid analysis, counteroffer analysis, reports, data processing, and other digital features.

HUD PowerBid does not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, failure to upload inventory, a decision not to bid, unsuccessful bids, property outcomes, change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal.

Your subscription renews each month at the price shown during checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not reverse a charge already processed.

You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal in your Account page. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless access ends for fraud, abuse, charge reversal, or a material breach of the Terms of Use.

Report a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or suspected unauthorized payment promptly through the support contact shown in your account or on your Stripe receipt. Include the account email, charge date, and charge amount. We will review documented billing errors.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Stripe acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments and may issue a refund when required by law, consumer protection rules, or its Managed Payments obligations, including certain fraud or chargeback prevention cases. Outside those required exceptions, HUD PowerBid does not offer refunds.
